She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and attended medical school at the University of Arizona Medical School in Tucson, Arizona. After completing her Pediatric Residency at Phoenix Children\u2019s Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center in 2003, she began practicing medicine as a general pediatrician in private practice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tS<\/strong>he is happily married and a mother to two amazing daughters. Dr. Khurana believes it is important to show her daughters how to be happy, healthy, and productive citizens in this world. As a role model she teaches them values to follow and skills important for success. She has implemented this through the years by creating nonprofits for Dyslexia and Cultural awareness, becoming a Girl Scout troop leader, volunteering in medical clinics, including Chandler Care Center, and by working on research that will improve the lives of patients.
